Job Summary
Conduct daily unit trash outs, groundskeeping, furniture installation, and maintenance assistance during 10-21 day student housing turns. Assist with HVAC projects, preventative maintenance, and move-in day support while ensuring all occupied bedrooms are entered only with on-site team members. Use provided equipment and safety gear for tasks ranging from sweeping floors to landscaping, maintaining professional interactions with residents and reporting incidents immediately.
Required Qualifications
- physically able to lift 50 pounds or more
- can operate smaller tools like allen wrenches for assembling the furniture
- must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds
