Job Summary
Market Development Lead for Structural Heart in the TURMECA region, driving awareness, adoption, and market expansion for TAVI solutions across Türkiye, Russia, Middle East and Central Asia. Lead cross-functional efforts with sales, marketing, clinical, and market access teams; develop customer engagement and stakeholder plans; analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform regional growth strategies; collaborate on campaigns, business planning, and regional expansion; travel across the region for educational programs, congress participation, and strategic account development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, cardiovascular marketing, sales or market development roles
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, clinical, and market access teams
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Structural Heart therapies and healthcare market dynamics, regional market development experience, exposure to emerging markets, or previous involvement in Structural Heart or TAVI therapy launches would be considered beneficial
- MBA education or additional commercial training is an advantage
