Job Summary
Research, write, and review high-quality intelligence reports on companies and individuals for M&A, private equity, and investment clients, drawing on open-source and human-source intelligence. Provide subject matter expertise on the political, regulatory, and corporate risk environment in Türkiye by conducting research in English, Turkish, and other regional languages. Present findings and assessments to managers and clients. This role requires a track record of complex due diligence work and is based in the London office with flexible working arrangements available.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced due diligence practitioner with a track record of researching and writing complex due diligence reports for M&A, private equity and investment clients, and/or investigations in support of disputes and legal proceedings
- High working proficiency in Turkish (a minimum requirement for this position)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent research, analytical and investigative skills, with demonstrable experience in open-source and human-source intelligence gathering and analysis
- Demonstrable experience in planning, organising and delivering research and writing projects
- A clear interest in Turkish political and business affairs
- Candidates must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment
- experience in the Corporate Intelligence industry
