Provide high-quality customer support through social media platforms including direct messages, comments, and other digital channels. Respond to customer enquiries in Turkish, assist with account questions and product information, and identify needs to deliver personalized solutions. Manage feedback, complaints, and sensitive cases with empathy, monitor interactions to improve satisfaction, and escalate complex issues to internal teams. Accurately record interactions in relevant systems while adhering to brand guidelines and data protection policies. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience. Required Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Turkish
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, social media moderation or a contact centre environment
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong sense of tone and audience
- Confident user of social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer interactions
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Monday to Friday schedule with rotating shifts, depending on business requirements
