Job Summary
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to advertisers via phone, email, and live chat. Assist clients with advertising products, tools, and account-related questions while troubleshooting technical issues and reporting potential system bugs. Make outbound calls when necessary to ensure cases are resolved promptly, and identify recurring problems and trends affecting multiple advertisers. Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience throughout each interaction. This on-site role in Lisbon requires fluent Turkish and confident English, with availability for rotational shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Turkish language skills
- Confident level of English, including the ability to complete training in English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable providing support through phone, email, and live chat
- Interest in digital advertising and social media tools
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00
- Flexibility to work rotational shift pattern
- Ability to work Eight working hours per day plus a one-hour lunch break
- Ability to work Total of 40 working hours per week
