Job Summary
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to advertisers via phone, email, and live chat, assisting clients with advertising products, tools, and account-related questions. Troubleshoot technical issues, report potential system bugs, and make outbound calls to ensure cases are resolved promptly. Identify recurring problems and trends affecting multiple advertisers while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience throughout each interaction. This on-site role in Lisbon requires fluent Turkish and confident English for an estimated 12-month contract.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Turkish language skills
- Confident level of English, including the ability to complete training in English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable providing support through phone, email, and live chat
- Interest in digital advertising and social media tools
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00
- Flexibility to work rotational shift pattern
- Ability to work Eight working hours per day plus a one-hour lunch break
- Ability to work Total of 40 working hours per week
