Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, and messages, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems to mitigate risks and enforce community standards. Analyze data and contextual information to determine incident severity, while monitoring trends to identify potential threats and prevent abuse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sensitive matters and develop reports to support continuous improvement. Provide recommendations on new platform features to enhance user safety. Maintain a positive community experience by applying policies consistently and fairly across rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
