Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and reported material, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems while analyzing data to determine incident severity. Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse, then collaborate with cross-functional teams on sensitive trust and safety matters. Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement and provide recommendations for new platform features. Work rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday for 40 hours per week at an on-site location in Sofia, Bulgaria. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
