Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, investigate reported incidents, and take appropriate action to enforce community standards and platform policies. Analyze data to determine incident severity, monitor emerging risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex trust and safety matters. Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement and provide recommendations for new platform features. This role supports a safe, respectful online environment through proactive moderation and consistent policy enforcement. Candidates must have fluency in Turkish and English, strong analytical skills, and a valid work authorization in Bulgaria.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
