Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and reported material, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve user reports and system-flagged issues by analyzing data to determine incident severity and impact. Monitor emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex trust and safety matters. Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement and provide recommendations for platform features that enhance user safety. Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of 1330 euros per month. Valid authorization to work in Bulgaria is required; relocation support including a €1,500 bonus and 21 days of provided accommodation is available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
- Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday
