Turkey Country Sales Manager Food Ingredients and Colours

Job Summary
Lead and grow Turkey sales portfolio across food & beverage manufacturers by driving B2B sales of flavours, colours, extracts, powders, and other ingredients. Manage key accounts including multinationals and regional players; develop and execute the country sales strategy with forecasting and budgeting; identify new business opportunities and market segments; lead negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements; collaborate with regional R&D, technical, and marketing teams; represent the company at customer visits, events, and industry fairs; travel extensively across Turkey.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in food ingredients
- Strong network within the Turkish food & beverage industry
- Proven success selling to multinationals (dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery, savoury, snacks)
- Experience with flavours, colours, extracts, natural ingredients, powders
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Based in Istanbul (hybrid work model)
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or similar
