Turf Regional Sales Manager - West

Job Summary
Regional sales leadership for the Turf West region with responsibility for overall sales, sales operations, and profitability. Develops and executes strategic plans, recruits/onboards/trains/ supervises independent representatives, builds relationships with representatives, assigns monthly accountabilities and metrics, and plans/trades shows. Travel is significant (approx. 50%) and role involves interacting with architecture, design, engineering, and manufacturing leaders nationwide to influence product direction and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of sales experience in the A&D industry is required
- Experience with building and growing new businesses and expanding existing customer portfolio through a representative-based sales structure is required
