Job Summary
Franchise Consultant for The UPS Store (TUPSS) in Charlotte, NC, supporting franchisees within a designated territory throughout their lifecycle. Provides guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing strategy, financial reporting, and operations to achieve growth objectives; conducts regular evaluations, trains and coaches franchisees, assists with ownership transfers, relocations, new store buildouts, remodels, and renewals; plans convention-style networking meetings and shares best practices to increase revenue and profitability; acts as primary liaison between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus,UPS, vendors, and franchisees to address concerns and ensure timely support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willing and able to travel
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Span of responsibility: Franchised Locations: ~40
