Job Summary
Maximize business results in your territory by recruiting, training, and managing a sales team to scale retail impact. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, while conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities. Monitor sales data to adjust strategies, collaborate on promotions, and provide leadership coaching to ensure representatives meet performance goals. Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and actively participate in target setting, forecasting, and budgeting processes. This strategic leadership role supports One Acre Fund's mission to empower smallholder farmers across Kenya through data-driven execution and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Sales software
- Citizens or permanent residents of Kenya
