Job Summary
Hybrid graduate IT support role delivering remote technical support to customers, partners, and HPE employees, resolving hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels. Troubleshoot incidents across HPE technologies, document case resolutions in the Knowledge Management System, and collaborate with team members while escalating complex issues as needed. Role requires a recently completed IT-related degree, strong Spanish and English communication, and ability to thrive in an international, hybrid environment. Open to graduates with a focus on IT support, customer service experience, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (French is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international, remote-first environment
- Collaborative team player with proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of computing, storage, or peripheral systems is a plus
