Tuesday Morning Truck Un-load and Replenishment

Deliver friendly customer service, unload trucks and replenish merchandise across the store; assist customers in locating products, provide solutions, and execute a fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standard. Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram (POG) and merchandise recovery including in-stock optimization (SISO) and AD sets. Engage customers with rewards program enrollments, VOC surveys, and omnichannel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store). Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to SOPs and company programs; maintain a positive, respectful store environment and support shrink and safety programs. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and occasional ladder work in a climate-controlled public retail setting.
