Job Summary
RN or LPN needed for 1:1 pediatric home health care in Shakopee, MN. Provide care to a 10-year-old with g-tubes, ventilator/trach considerations, and other medically complex needs. Schedule includes Tuesday 12-hour shifts and Thursday 10-hour shifts with potential night and weekend bonuses; sign-on bonus up to $4,000 for full-time nights. Training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care provided with 24/7 support; prior pediatric experience preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license in good standing
- pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required
- willingness to train on ventilator/trach/g-tube care
- ability to work Tue (12-hour shift) and Thu (10-hour shift)
