Job Summary
Maximize store profitability by motivating Sales Professionals to exceed sales objectives through daily communication, coaching, and just-in-time feedback. Manage all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory counts, payroll, and business reporting, while maintaining strict security protocols. Train staff on luxury watch sales techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling strategies to foster long-term client relationships and handle escalated issues diplomatically. Recruit top talent from competitors, address performance issues, and execute corporate directives while upholding Breitling standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant luxury retail experience
- at least 2 years of management experience
- Expert communication, leadership, and management skills
- Sales driven and results orientated
- Willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
- Must operate with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Prior watch and fine jewelry experience
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related discipline
- Bi-lingual language proficiency
