Job Summary
Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Operations, and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives across Tube Making operations. Identify, track, and implement equipment and process improvement opportunities that enhance reliability, safety, and productivity. Support the review of drawing updates to ensure technical documents accurately reflect equipment modifications and assist in spare parts management by tracking critical assets and resolving inventory issues. Participate in developing maintenance work packages and scopes of work for external vendor projects. Analyze maintenance and equipment data to identify reliability trends and support predictive and preventive maintenance efforts within a cross-functional team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
