Tub and Lid Washer position in Fort Smith, AR (Day Shift) responsible for sanitizing and washing tubs and lids using handheld high-pressure equipment and chemicals in compliance with USDA guidelines. Performs necessary documentation, collaborates with the Team to promote BEST practices, participates in team meetings, and contributes to cohesion and achievement of organizational objectives. Follows Simmons operating systems and policies, recognizes the impact of individual actions on systems, and supports continuous improvement. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lb with assistance, work in wet, slippery conditions, and use PPE such as waterproof gloves, hearing protection, safety glasses, and face shield.
