Job Summary
Senior Global Client Executive responsible for managing top-tier corporate client relationships, driving revenue growth through Treasury and Trade Solutions, and serving as a trusted strategic advisor. You will act as the primary interface for a designated client portfolio, champion client needs across internal partners, lead proactive account planning, and align Citi’s products and services with the client’s long-term objectives. The role emphasizes executive-level relationship management, data-driven strategic insights, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Service, and the ability to pursue opportunities for strategic growth while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of work experience in a senior client-facing role within corporate banking, relationship management, or sales
- Proven ability to lead high-impact strategic projects
- Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills
- Ability to engage senior-level internal and external stakeholders
