Job Summary
Senior Solution Sales specialist for TTS in Korea responsible for managing a Financial Institutions portfolio, origination and cross-sell of TTS products, and driving revenue growth across clients. Acts as global/regional point of contact for TTS sales origination, guiding deal teams with Relationship Managers, TTS Product, Client Delivery and O&T to achieve objectives. Ensures professional delivery of client management disciplines (account planning, lead generation, pipeline management, implementation acceleration, and TTS relationship reviews). Cultivates client contacts in key buying centers to identify goals and financial needs addressable by TTS solutions, and develops and maintains market knowledge of trends affecting clients. Manages multi-product and cross-regional solutions with global/ regional teams, drives customer satisfaction and TTS P&L growth, and ensures risk/reward alignment with governance and compliance expectations. Requires strong leadership, communication (oral/written), analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to execute with urgency. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Accounting background with good aptitude
- In-depth knowledge of regulations, market practices and bank operations
- Analytical and advanced problem solving skills
- Independently motivated and resourceful
- Leadership ability to galvanize resources across units
- Product, sales and business management experience
- Ability to work with broad group of stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
