Job Summary
Develop and submit Traffic Management Plans aligned with CoPTTM, NZGTTM, and Fulton Hogan requirements. Manage the end-to-end TMP process from request and design through to approval for single and multiple activities. Identify, assess, and document risks within TTM design using feedback to improve outcomes. Produce plans and supporting documents using Rapid TCP and/or AutoCAD while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Provide technical input to projects and tenders to build stronger planning capability across the business. This role supports the delivery of safer roads and civil infrastructure in Auckland, requiring at least five years of TTM design experience and a Class 1 Driver's Licence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in Traffic Management Design
- Experience in the civil or construction industry
- Strong understanding of quality and compliance documentation
- Strong technical capability in TMP design
- A current Class 1 Driver's Licence
- A proactive, accountable and safety-first approach
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to work autonomously
- The attitude to be a genuine team player
- All successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre‐employment medical and drug screen prior to employment
