Job Summary
Conduct case consultations for individuals with autism and IDD facing medical, behavioral, or psychiatric challenges in community settings. Identify caregiver training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training sessions virtually and in person. Organize data collection, track consult outcomes, and report information gathered during engagements. Serve as a system-of-care resource while managing Medicaid Waiver functions including HCS, CLASS, MDCP, and TxHML. Full or part-time roles available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Salary ranges from $23.40 to $25.60 hourly based on experience and tenure.
Required Qualifications
- Meets qualifications for QIDP
- Bachelor's degree in human service field
- Valid Texas Driver's license
- Experience in the field of IDD/autism services
- Must be able to perform light (15lb), pushing, stooping, light carrying (15lb), repeated bending, reaching above shoulder, simple grasping, hearing, walking and sitting, running and some lifting
- Must have the ability to see, write, operate office equipment, and operate motor vehicle and have depth perception
