Territory Sales Representative for Knoxville in HVAC & power rental solutions. Own prospecting, relationship development, and strategic account growth within the Milwaukee territory and surrounding markets; engage decision-makers face-to-face (contractors, facility leaders, plant managers, operations teams); diagnose problems and position rental solutions to address urgent, high-stakes needs; manage a sales pipeline like a business owner and close deals that move the needle. Requires 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in HVAC, industrial, power, construction, rental, or adjacent fields; field-based, self-directed, and accountable; comfortable in the field and building new territory relationships.
