Coordinate project teams to facilitate the introduction of new products, processes, and technological solutions into production, conducting feasibility studies to maximize process efficiency. Design and implement improved technological solutions while managing risk assessments, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing deviations and change control. Lead technology transfer ensuring smooth transitions from trial stages to full production, maintaining validation status and complying with QMS, safety, and regulatory requirements. Elaborate technical transfer documents, quality attributes, and critical parameters, working with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure efficient process implementation. Monitor operation KPIs, highlight critical issues, and propose corrective actions to solve yield variances. Coordinate timely compilation of reports on deviations and change requests, managing recovery plans to meet agreed timescales. Present in-depth analysis to leadership to facilitate decision-making on critical project scenarios.
