Job Summary
TSM System Specialist responsible for providing access, training, and utilization support of the TSM System and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool for OPC RIO/USN INSURV shipboard personnel, maintaining deficiency records and program management data, assisting in the creation and tracking of trial cards and CARs, generating weekly and technical reports, and supporting dock side and at-sea trials with a deployable IT/ETC/TSM capability at a USCG OPC shipyard in Mobile, AL. Requires Bachelor’s degree, six years of shipbuilding experience, CompTIA Security+ certification, proficiency with TSM/ETC tools, strong communication skills, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Six (6) years of relevant experience in a shipbuilding environment
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficient in the Government TSM system and the ETC tool
- Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management processes
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
