Job Summary
TSFP Coordinator responsible for overall management and implementation of World Vision Ethiopia TSFP activities under WFP Food Assistance in refugee camps. Leads coordination with WVE managers, teams, and health partners to ensure program alignment with donor requirements and quality nutrition activities. Liaises with government health offices (regional, zonal, woreda) and NGOs/UN agencies (WFP, WHO, UNICEF) to ensure effective delivery of TSFP activities, including planning, procurement, distribution, monitoring, reporting, and capacity building. Oversees IYCF/IYCF-E integration, implements nutrition indicators (MUAC, registration, reporting), leads HR planning and staff development, drives external coordination with partners, and contributes to proposal development and fundraising. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding, and ethical guidelines, and represents World Vision in meetings and field visits.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/Master’s degree in Public Health/Nursing/Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Certificates on: ToT training in Acute Malnutrition (2019 revised guideline), IMAM training, Integrated Pharmaceuticals Logistics System (IPLS)
- SPHERE Standards training
- Training on IMNCI/ICCM/FP/EPI and PHEM
- Experience with Health and Nutrition Assessments/Survey, ToT/basic training
- Experience in HR needs assessment, recruitment, training, and staff development
- 4-6 years of professional experience in health and nutrition programs
- Ability to develop and implement Detailed Implementation Plans (DIP) and project procurement plans
- Strong coordination with government, NGOs, and UN agencies (WFP, WHO, UNICEF)
- Demonstrated ability to ensure accurate and timely reporting (MMR narrative and quantitative reports)
- Experience with donor reporting and proposal development (text, budget, BoQ, HR needs)
- Ability to supervise field teams, conduct joint supportive supervision, and organize monthly team meetings
