Job Summary
Analyst / Senior Analyst role in Deutsche Bank’s Cross-asset Derivative Settlements team, focused on processing daily pre- and post-settlements, ensuring timely trade confirmations, settlement, cash transfers, and ledgers reconciliation. Responsibilities include managing market-driven flows, coordinating with Sales/Trading/branches/external clients, maintaining a strong control environment, producing management reports, and collaborating with multiple departments to meet timelines. Requires proficiency in German (B1/B2) and English, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT), and the ability to work under pressure, in a team, and to drive process improvements and stakeholder relationships. Location: Manila, Philippines; shift hours 3PM-12AM or 4PM-1AM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate preferably in Business Administration or related course
- Proficiency in German language (B1 or B2 level) both verbal and written
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Strong understanding of OTC Derivatives concepts
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Eye for detail, ability to multitask, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
