Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (implicit in many recruiting roles)
- Experience in staffing/recruitment processes
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to draft and post job advertisements
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Ability to prepare client proposals, presentations, and recruitment reports
- Knowledge of hiring across multiple domains (engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Discretion and adherence to procedures
