Job Summary
Senior Instrument Designer/Instrument Designer to support Lead Designer in instrumentation and control design deliverables for offshore/onshore oil & gas projects. Responsibilities include ensuring quality design outputs, staffing and capability of drafting team, preparing specifications/technical bid evaluations for bulk materials, maintaining design records for audit, assisting in proposal preparation and cost estimation, and potentially serving as Lead Designer. Site visits may be required and 3D modelling or SPI wiring experience is advantageous; strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to design codes and standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Possess Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Possess at least minimum 7 years working experience of Instrumentation and Control engineering design experiences of which 4 years in Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledge in offshore platform and onshore Instrumentation and Control system
