TS/NPI Project Management Sr Specialist

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management at Pfizer Italy site (Ascoli Piceno), coordinating all necessary activities across impacted functions to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and timelines. Support BD colleagues in evaluating and preparing business cases (RFPs / ECRs), prepare final budgets, timelines, and required resources for projects assigned to the site, and provide leadership at Pfizer level by engaging with multiple external stakeholders. Escalate issues when needed and propose solutions, managing escalations from external parties. The role requires an advanced level of English, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to challenge the status quo.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in scientific or technical disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, preferably in Operations and/or Quality
- Advanced level of English (ability to lead teleconferences and write minutes)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Capability to deliver difficult messages and challenge the status quo
- Proactive approach
