Job Summary
Entry-level Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA. Responsible for configuring, installing, and addressing less complex break/fix events, collaborating with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements, and potentially providing second-line telephonic support. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with specialized training, plus some work experience in a technical implementation/engineering role. Remote working arrangement available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems
- Some work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role
- Basic understanding of technical design principles
- Ability to understand fundamental project management and administration processes
- Strong learning orientation
- Good verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a client service orientation
- Hands-on proactive in approach
