Job Summary
Remote-ready Business Planning and Operations role in the EMEA region for HP Enterprise (HPE) focusing on developing short-term business plans, data-driven models, and implementation tactics. Responsibilities include managing complex data and analyses, building statistical and financial models to forecast performance, defining metrics, and guiding cross-functional teams to align activities with plans. Required Qualifications
- First level university degree
- Typically 4-6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Developed relationship management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data
