Job Summary
Provide daily support and guidance for a 12-year-old boy during school hours from 08:00 to 16:00, managing transitions between activities and handling personal hygiene. Maintain a calm, low-affective presence to de-escalate challenging situations and create structure throughout the day. Drive the child to school if required, necessitating a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Assist with practical moments and ensure the child can focus on a positive day. This role involves working with a child who benefits from high stimulation and prefers active engagement. The employer offers collective agreement benefits including paid introduction, continuing education, and wellness contributions. A background check via Fortcheck is mandatory, and a police record check is required upon offer due to the minor employer.
