Job Summary
Trusts & Foundations Manager responsible for securing five- and six-figure funding from trusts, foundations, institutional funders, and livery companies. Lead development of high-quality five- and six-figure applications, manage a robust funding pipeline, and meet KPIs and organisational fundraising targets. Collaborate across teams to maximize income from funders, maintain up-to-date fundraising records (Salesforce/SharePoint), ensure funder agreements are in place, and provide exemplary donor stewardship. Promote diversity and inclusion, uphold safeguarding and anti-racism principles, and contribute to professional development within London Youth. Requires exceptional written and oral communication, strong project and relationship management, and willingness to contribute evenings or weekends for events.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of leading and securing five- and six-figure funding relationships with trusts, foundations, institutional funders, and livery companies
- Demonstrable knowledge of UK and London funders
- Ability to undertake rigorous prospect research and build/manage a robust fundraising pipeline
- Proven relationship management and project management skills
- Experience in recording and reporting data; familiarity with Salesforce/SharePoint or similar systems
- Ability to interpret financial data and adhere to Fundraising Regulatory Framework
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends at events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail
