Job Summary
Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant role supporting an award-winning full-service law firm in West Los Angeles (hybrid). Responsibilities include preparing and editing estate planning documents, coordinating executed estate planning documents to be sent to clients, witnessing and notarizing estate planning documents, directly meeting and communicating with clients, heavy calendar management, scanning, copying, and filing legal documents, and preparing mailings (USPS, Federal Express, courier).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience preparing estate planning documents
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
