Required Qualifications
- solid experience drafting a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, along with related ancillary documents such as powers of attorney and healthcare directives
- comfortable managing the day-to-day estate planning needs of individuals and families, from straightforward matters to moderately complex planning engagements
- ability to manage client relationships directly — gathering information and translating client goals into clear, practical estate plans
- 4–8 years of experience practicing trusts and estates law
- licensed to practice in New York
