Job Summary

Maintain the Trust Ledger by accurately processing receipts, disbursements, transfers, journal entries, and fiduciary account activity while reconciling cash, bank, brokerage, and investment accounts. Lead fiduciary tax administration by coordinating the preparation, review, and timely filing of federal and state tax returns, preparing supporting documentation for CPAs, and monitoring filing deadlines. Assist with opening, maintaining, transferring, and closing trust, estate, retirement, agency, and custodial accounts, and prepare operational, management, and Annual Asset Reviews. Ensure trust operations comply with governing documents, bank policies, and applicable federal and state laws while serving as a technical resource for Trust Officers. Coordinate annual asset reviews for internal, external, and regulatory audits, and develop department procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrating or related field
  • Experience in trust accounting, fiduciary administration, or fiduciary income tax reporting
