Job Summary
Trust & Safety Product Manager – Payments VP role leads end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping strategy, guiding launches, and ensuring scalable, compliant payments experiences. Responsible for voice of the customer, building business cases and ROI analyses, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and monitoring key metrics (cost, features, reliability, risk posture). Emphasizes client value, market research, change readiness, and alignment with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements while driving successful product adoption and impactful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, business strategy, and / or management consulting
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financial value propositions
- Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and product adoption
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card).
- Proven program leadership with multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills
