Job Summary

VP-level Trust & Safety Product Manager in Payments responsible for leading end-to-end product lifecycle in Fraud Prevention. Build and execute product strategy and roadmap, manage discovery and market research, own the backlog, quantify success metrics, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver scalable, reliable products with strong customer value. Focus on go-to-market execution, market alignment, and stakeholder management within a matrixed organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or Fraud Prevention for the Payments domain
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Hands-on past experience building and commercializing innovative products and services
  • Capacity working and aligning with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders towards the common objective
  • Skilled in developing and managing product documentation leveraging tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce and Corporate business models (e.g. B2B, B2C, B2B2C)
  • Familiarity with the credit card processing lifecycle, Fraud prevention, and AI/ML strategies
  • Exceptionally strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to execute on the Go-to-Market strategy
  • Hands-on past experience building and commercializing innovative products and services
  • Capacity working and aligning with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders towards the common objective
