Job Summary
Trust & Safety Policy Manager role to own Fanvue’s content policy and governance, turning policy into enforceable guidance for moderation, tooling, and automation; collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Moderation; requires 5+ years in policy, strong judgment, and ability to drive policy from concept to implementation; experience with ML-driven moderation and, ideally, familiarity with regulatory frameworks and adult-content platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in content policy or Trust & Safety policy at a tech company
- experience with ML-driven moderation
- prompt design and iteration with LLMs
- ability to translate policy into actionable guidance for moderation tooling and enforcement
- cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and legal
- familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Online Safety Act, EU DSA, EU AI Act, Ofcom Codes of Practice) and CSAM detection frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years in content policy or Trust & Safety policy at a tech company
- experience with ML-driven moderation
- LLM-based moderation experience (prompting for classification)
- ability to write clearly and practically
- cross-functional partner without formal authority
- online-safety knowledge such as Online Safety Act, EU DSA, EU AI Act, Ofcom Codes of Practice, StopNCII, CSAM detection frameworks
- experience with adult content platforms (advantage)
