Job Summary
Senior Associate in Trust & Safety product role focusing on accelerating product pipeline, onboarding new customers, conducting user research and market analysis, writing requirements and user stories, and collaborating with Customer Success to drive adoption and satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding onboarding and configuration for customers, addressing inquiries, documenting complex problems for the Product team, analyzing product metrics, and supporting the development of the strategic roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain
- Proven experience engaging customers with strong verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting basic technical issues and guiding customers through problem-solving steps
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience with data analytics and data literacy (preferred)
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition (preferred)
