Job Summary
Review, classify, and remove user-generated content including profiles, audio, videos, and text based on client guidelines while investigating and resolving escalated issues. Conduct audits to validate control effectiveness for policies such as anticorruption, BCM, and InfoSec, then provide guidance to address compliance gaps. Participate in continuous training and process improvement initiatives to enhance work quality and efficiency while serving as an advocate for the user community. This role requires strong emotional resilience to handle exposure to sensitive content and involves working across varying rotations and non-standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
- Excellent comprehension, communication skills
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours
- Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Desired Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported
- Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus
