Job Summary
Manage trust relationships by completing paperwork for new account setups, reviewing closed accounts, and executing communication plans for client meetings. Perform annual accountings for court on Conservatorship and Estate accounts, obtain authorizations for distributions, and maintain all trust company customer filings. Prepare informational packets and host seminars while creating graphs and charts for client presentations. Coordinate shipment of files to archives, deliver documents, and perform data entry. Accompany Account Administrators on client calls and anticipate needs for future projects. Demonstrate compliance with Bank regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Regulation CC, and complete required training.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years — Trust Experience
- Ability to operate various office equipment including personal computer, printers, fax machine, 10-key adding machine, multi-line telephone, copy machine, etc.
- Solid spreadsheet and word processing skills, demonstrated ability to create graphs and complex Excel formulas and PowerPoint presentations for trust sales opportunities & seminars
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and with a variety of employees, managers, executives, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure with constant interruptions
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training
