Job Summary
Solicit new business and sell Ephrata National Bank products within the local marketplace to meet established production goals. Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of industry relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new fiduciary services opportunities. Administer various types of trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, and estates, managing a $5MM plus portfolio. Maintain current client relationships and develop new client relationships in the areas of investment management, trust administration, and estates. Prospect new fiduciary services opportunities and market and promote ENB's financial products. Determine which ENB financial products best meet the customer's needs and advise the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different ENB financial products. Comply with all policies and procedures and institute best fiduciary practices and risk management controls. Perform administrative duties including researching and compiling data and reports, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, sorting mail, and imaging. Coordinate fiduciary services activities daily and collaborate with operations staff to ensure high quality customer service and delivery of daily goals and objectives. Assist WS management with special projects and other duties as assigned. Represent the Bank in community activities and industry organizations to enhance the Bank's image.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business administration, finance or in the banking field

Desired Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, exposure to working within a Fiduciary Services sales environment is highly preferred
- Has attained or is working towards a Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation
