Job Summary
Trade Support role focused on daily reconciliation and settlement of trades with global depositories, acting as a liaison among trading desks, custodians, external counterparties, and internal teams. Responsibilities include processing daily trade orders and mutual fund trade files, trade affirmation, supporting internal portfolio managers and external parties, handling foreign trade settlements, investigating trade breaks and settlement issues, and preparing monthly reconciliation and fail reports. Maintain audit-ready records and assist with audits, with opportunities to cross-train within the Trade Support Team. Requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of financial markets, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a team environment.
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in trade operations, custody, or a related back-office function
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
