Job Summary
The Trust Operations Specialist processes and reconciles complex transactions for Trust Accounting systems, supporting disbursements and receipts for checks, wires, ACH, and transfers, and handles general ledger posting. Responsibilities include reconciling transactions across Trust processing applications, settling cash management and securities transactions, and placing resulting trades with fund companies and custodians. The role also reviews paperwork for completeness and accuracy, responds to internal and external inquiries, guides workflow, assists staff on process implementations, and participates in department projects. Requires attention to detail, knowledge of accounting practices, data-entry proficiency, and strong customer service and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of Trust, securities, or bank operations experience strongly preferred
