Job Summary
Trust Operations Specialist responsible for posting transactions to the trust accounting system, ensuring accuracy per client instructions, and documenting cash transactions. Maintains documentation and proactively communicates with clients to update them on their requests. Under guidance, assists in cashiering for institutional client conversions and deconversions, and develops understanding of complex distributions (e.g., Roth conversions, alternative asset re-registrations, and plan distributions). Remains compliant with bank regulations and completes required training. May coach or mentor others, supports regulatory knowledge (BSA, Regulation CC/E), and participates in a culture focused on accuracy, teamwork, and customer service.
