Job Summary
Process a wide variety of transactions while monitoring DDA accounts for incoming and outgoing activity. Coordinate and track corporate action elections, complete daily bank deposit/sweep reconciliation, and wire processing. Submit requests to trust company outsourcing partners via forms, online requests, email, or phone calls to resolve issues. Scan, image, and index documents into retention software and distribute daily reports. Set up and maintain financial advisor access to the online system. Ensure all transactions are processed adequately according to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
- The ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) on the phone and in person as appropriate for the audience's needs
- uses excellent grammar, courteous and efficient telephone and office etiquette

- Managing one's own time and priorities to ensure the meeting of deadlines
- Skilled at finding and using traditional and creative methods of solving the problem
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum Required: 1+ years of related experience in financial services
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
